For online and teleconsultation services, we utilize secure and encrypted platforms to ensure the confidentiality of your medical information. Any data shared during these consultations is treated with the same level of privacy and care as in-person visits.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in cases of erroneous payments, duplicate transactions, or incorrect card swipes into PhysioXP’s account.

Full payment for treatment fees is required in advance upon the purchase of a treatment package. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, regardless of whether the patient has utilized the services in full or not.

Online and Teleconsultation Refunds

For online and teleconsultation services, the same refund policy applies. Payments made for these services are also non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
